AppleTree Creative Arts Limited ("AppleTree") owns and operates this website business. All references to "we", "us", “our” or "site" shall be construed to mean AppleTree.​

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and without prior notice, by posting an amended Privacy Policy on the "Privacy Policy" link on this site's home page. Your continued use of this site indicates your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.

Regarding Personal Information (defined below), if any modifications are materially less restrictive on our use or disclosure of the Personal Information previously disclosed by you, we will obtain your consent before implementing such revisions with respect to such information.

AppleTree will be acting as the “Controller” of the personal data you provide to us. This includes your personal contact information. We only collect basic personal information about you.


We need to know your basic personal data consisting of contact information for purposes of responding to your inquiry on our Contact Us web page and similar web pages.

In addition, we need to know your personal data for the purposes contained in this Privacy Policy and to send you emails for other specific purposes only if you have explicitly given your consent to receive these emails. 


Your personal data is processed by our personnel located in Hong Kong; however, for purposes of hosting and maintenance, your personal data may be archived on servers provided by Clickfunnels which are located in United States on servers which are located in United States and Aweber which is located in United States. Except for these two sub-processors, we won’t share your personal information with third parties outside our organization unless specified in this Privacy Policy or authorized by applicable law.

If we are acquired by another party, we will share your personal data with the acquiring party.

We maintain a data protection regime with the aim to secure processing of your personal data. 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we take reasonable precautions with the aim to ensure your data is encrypted to the standard required in the GDPR to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data as it is transmitted and stored.


We will not retain your personal data for longer than required. This means that we will keep your personal data: (i) for as long as required by law or contractual obligations, (ii) for as long as is necessary to fulfill the original or directly related purposes for which it was collected (iii) until we no longer have a valid reason for keeping it, or (iv) until you request us to stop using it. When we delete your personal data from our databases, it will remain in our backup system until it cycles out.

If you provide a written notice to us regarding your exercise any of the above rights, we will forward your notice to other authorized parties which are holding and processing your personal data, where appropriate.
